What type of shipping does ZPC offer ?
ZPC ships with fedex only

-Hold at Fedex Location
How late can I change my shipping preference ?
If you need to change your shipping preference please let us know 1 day before your order ships. We will do our best to make last minute shipping changes but can not gurantee them as there are so many factors that can go wrong such as FedEx arriving early for pickup.
What is ZPC's turnaround time ?
Turnaround time includes these factors
-Services you need
-Larger quantity orders may take additional days to process
-Larger items may take additonal days to process
-If you request a rush service for $25 you save 1 business day
-Delays can happen if you need be contacted for cad revisions if we notice any design or casting tolerance issues
-Delays can happen if you need to be contacted to clerify your order details

How can I check the status of my order ?
The fastest way to check the status of your order is via ZPC's portal. We also give status updates via phone and email.
Do you offer a Rush service?
Yes we do. Rush Jobs are physically processed in the exact manner as Normal Jobs. This includes, but is not limited to, the same printers, investment and jewelers. Rush Jobs are placed to the front of the QC line, where they will be given priority in inspection. Rush Jobs will generally be invoiced and shipped one business day* ahead of Normal Jobs. Rush fee is $25
How long do returns take to process ?
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed. To avoid additional delays, include the orginal invoice or ZPC's Job #. Your Credit memo will be emailed to you.
What 3d file types does ZPC accept ?
We accept .3dm and .stl files only. We prefer to receive .3dm files as it is easier to work with when preparing the file for our printers.
How do I place an order ?
-If you are sending us a 3d file, you can upload an order through the portal in real time or send an email with instructions and the file to email@example.com
-If you are sending us a wax/resin/mold to cast you can mail it to our adress

How can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel an order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You may be billed for performed services. In order save money please let us know as soon as possible.
Can I ship my metal to ZPC to cast with ?
We do not cast with customer metal. ZPC's metals are freshly made from raw metals to ensure consistancy and high quality.
Can I request a specific 3d printer for my jobs ?
If you have any preferences, we will be happy to add it to your account. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but the final decision will be determined by your design as it dictates which printer we will use.

If I do not place an order within a specific period, does my account go inactive? and how do I reactivate my account?
After 3 months of no activity an account goes into dormancy status. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to reactivate accounts due to an unprecedented continued workload, staffing variables, supply shortages/delays, uncontrollable variables created from covid. A healthy sustainable production line requires careful advance planning and most importantly it forces us to not overextend our employees there for causing a decrease in quality.
